Built for the University of Memphis international admissions team, this tool standardizes GPA conversion across dozens of country and school specific grading scales. It replaced a manual lookup process and remains in active institutional use.

Admissions staff select an applicant's grading system, enter their courses and grades, and receive a credit-weighted GPA aligned with Memphis requirements. The release version runs on PHP (CodeIgniter) with the conversion tables maintained by the admissions office in their database.

The demo below replicates the tool's mechanics using simplified sample scales based on publicly available information. No internal university conversion data, institutional scales, or applicant information is included in this demo.
